You don’t have to do anything to accept Cart Cash credits you've earned. Cart Cash with the earliest expiration date automatically applies to your order first. You can choose not to apply Cart Cash at checkout.
Access your Cart Cash
- Go to your account.
- Select Credits, promos, and gift cards.
- View an itemized breakdown of your credits, available promotions, and credit history.
Applied Cart Cash also appears on the checkout screen.
Refunds that don’t go back to your original payment method appear as promotions, not Cart Cash. Gift cards appear as a separate line item under credits.
Cart Cash awards subject to Credit Back Terms. Credit has no cash value. Void where restricted or prohibited by law. You can’t transfer credit to another Instacart account. We can’t apply promos or credits toward fees, taxes, tips, or alcohol items due to local laws and regulations.
